Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, export-controlled, or sensitive personal information through the website. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, unsolicited submissions are not confidential. You represent that you have the right to provide information you submit and authorize us to use it to respond to your request and operate the website.
Intellectual property
The website, Avenor Works branding, articles, diagrams, downloads, and other content are owned by Avenor Ventures LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and use downloadable resources for internal business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, remove proprietary notices from, or commercially exploit the content without written permission, except as permitted by law.

You may not use the website unlawfully; infringe another party's rights; submit malicious code; probe or bypass security; interfere with operation; impersonate another person; harvest data; or use automated means to extract content except as expressly authorized.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services, including Calendly. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision or outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenor Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legally permitted dispute concerning website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Mexico.
